Made with a mix of wide, flat noodles, Thai chili, holy basil, and garlic this dish has a unique herbal and flavorful blend that will keep you coming back for more. It can be served with a huge variety of proteins, but pork is the most traditional. Often, it can be made less spicy while remaining extremely flavorful; if you are afraid to burn your tongue but want to give it a try, make sure to ask the chef!

One of the more unique aspects of Thai cooking is the play on different groups of flavors. This dish uses a combination of sour, hot, and sweet to create a very dazzling dish. There are few things more sumptuous than perfectly cooked duck. These noodles play off of their own simplicity often the roast duck is served over undressed egg-noodles and topped with fresh herbs. What makes this dish is the succulence of the duck and then the addition of condiments, which are typical of Thai cooking. You can also add salty, sweet, spicy or sour condiments to create a flavor combination tailored to you.
