How do I create an account?
    We invite you to create an account on our site. It's easy and costs nothing! Just follow these steps:
  1. Click Login or click "My Account" at the top of the page.
  2. A sign-up screen will appear. Enter your name and email address. Create a password and confirm it.
  3. Then click "Save" and you're done.
How do I change my personal information?
After you sign in, you can change your personal information by click "My Account".
Forgot Password?
If you can't remember your password, just go to "Login". (located at the top of each page),
click "Forgot Your Password?" under "Log In," enter your email address and click "Send". We'll email your password to you shortly.

    When is my order charged?
    If you pay by credit card, you are not charged for items until we ship them. If some items in your order must be shipped separately, there may be multiple charges on your credit card statement, one for each shipment. We do not charge extra for split shipments.
    What is the total delivery time for my order?
    The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

    Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.

    Returns Policy
    All the process will be taken normally 4 days depend on return process.
    Send the item, invoice and all original packaging and accessories to Customer Service. If the item was damaged, you dont have to pay shipping cost. But if the item was NOT damaged, you have to pay shipping cost.

    Shipping cost is different depends on distance and weight based on UPS rate. We are ship our product only in United States of America.

    Handling Fee regarding Refrigerated Food
    Refrigerated items must be kept cool during transit, and this requires special handling. We use high-quality insulation along with high-performance ice gel packs to keep your refrigerated food cool. To ensure an appropriate transit temperature, we ship refrigerated food to only the following states.

    CT(Connecticut), ME(Maine), PA(Pennsylvania), DC(District of Columbia), NC(North Carolina), RI(Rhode Island), DE(Delaware), NH(New Hampshire), SC(South Carolina), IN(Indiana), NJ(New Jersey), VA(Virginia), MA(Massachusetts), NY(New York), VT(Vermont), MD(Maryland), OH(Ohio), WV(West Virginia)

    If you do not reside in one of the eligible states and wish to order from LottePlaza, your cart will allow only non-refrigerated items to be purchased.

    To partly defray costs arising from the extra materials and handling, there is a special handling fee of $4.95 up to the first $30 of refrigerated items and additional $3 per each $30 increment thereafter. Also, a minimum refrigerated food order amount of $8.99 applies.
